Returns Policy

When can I retu a product?
You can retu a product if:

Change your mind
If you change your mind, you can choose another product or request a refund (right of withdrawal). Current law stipulates a right of retu within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In the online store www.evaptisi.com we allow our customers to retu a product within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
The product is defective
If the product is faulty or has become faulty by the time it is delivered to you, you will need to inform us of the details of the fault and arrange the retu of the product.
You have received the wrong product from the one you ordered
If the product you received is different from the one you ordered or from the one shown on your receipt or invoice, you will need to contact us to tell us the product you should have received and the details of the one you actually received.

Until when can I retu a product?
Current law stipulates a right of retu within 14 days from the date of receipt.

What conditions need to be met to be eligible for a refund?
In order to be able to accept the retu of the product, it is necessary:

  • The product must be intact, i.e. it has not been wo / used beyond the test and it has not been dirty / hit.
  • The product's special markings, e.g. protectors, tags, labels, etc., must not have been removed from the product.
  • The product must not have been modified, e.g. removing part of the bracelet from the watches or any other type of modification to the jewelry
  • Its packaging is not damaged.
  • To be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice
  • To be accompanied by all the original documents with which it was sent (warranty, instructions for use)
  • Complete and submit the retu declaration form
    In the event that the above conditions are not met or we receive retus outside of our policy terms, retus will not be accepted.

What about defective products?
In this case you are entitled to:

 

  • Τhe repair of the product by us without any additional charge on your part
  • Ιts replacement unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs. The replacement is carried out after checking and confirming the defect either by us, or by the respective official agency or the manufacturer
  • Τhe reduction of the sale price in relation to the defect
  • Τhe withdrawal from the market unless it is an insignificant factual defect
    In the case of defective jewelry:

 

We undertake a full and free repair or replacement of your jewelery in the rare event that a manufacturing defect is found.

 

In the event of a faulty watch:

 

The sole responsibility of these is boe by the suppliers, official representatives and manufacturers who deliver the products to the company packaged. The company undertakes to manage the entire process of product repair, receipt and transport to and from the respective agency / manufacturer / supplier in accordance with the warranty conditions of the respective company. In this case and as long as the products are within the time period defined by the applicable legislation or the respective company as the warranty period, the shipping costs are assumed by our company, otherwise the customer assumes them.

 

In the event of a defective accessory:

 

We undertake the complete and free repair or replacement of your accessory within the period of 6 months from its delivery. The repair or replacement is carried out after checking and confirming the defect either by us, or by the corresponding official agency or the manufacturer.

If the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product by agreement or credit or withdrawal from the purchase.

 

Note: evaptisi.com is not responsible for any damages and damages to the products after their use or due to incorrect use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace them. In this case, the cost of repair and any transport is boe by the customer.

 

What else do I need to know about retus?
You are responsible for retued products until they arrive back to us. Make sure they are packaged correctly and that they cannot be damaged in transit. evaptisi.com is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product in transit of the retu. 

  

In the event that the product is retued by the customer damaged or incomplete, evaptisi.com has the right to:

How can I retu a product?

The right to retu is applicable to all products except: 

  

  • Products that are "Available on request"

  • Products that are on offer throughout the year are only exchanged for products of the same category 
  • Watch straps which cannot be retued for hygiene reasons. The only case in which a watch strap can be retued to our store is if the product you received is defective. See above what applies to defective products 
  • During a sale period, discounted items are only exchanged for other discounted items and within the offer period 
  • If the product is changed during the sales period and if it is not defective, it is valued at the current, i.e. reduced price

  • The product is out of warranty

When and how is the refund made?
